While introducing our sustainable agricultural practices, our Executive Chef, Lefteris Iliadis, serves guests traditional Cretan meze and raki on a spacious wooden table specially made for the garden. Following that, you will be invited to hand-pick the seasonal vegetables and herbs from the Bostani (our organic garden) that will be utilized in our in-depth cooking workshop at Mouries.
