A Journey of Embodiment | July 5 (for adults)
Bringing together somatic practices, meditation, and intuitive movement, this session reconnects guests with their internal landscapes. By understanding the emotional imprints held within different organs and body parts, participants learn to decode their body’s signals and release stored tension.
In a world dominated by overthinking, the art of embodiment is a radical act. Two workshops in July invite guests to reestablish a profound connection with their physical and emotional selves, guided by Alexandra Vranopoulou, a distinguished embodiment facilitator and healer. Alexandra is a seasoned embodiment facilitator, healer, and founder of The Journeys of Remembering. With a profound understanding of the interconnectedness of the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, she guides individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing. Her approach integrates various modalities, including meditation, creative expression, and somatic practices, all aimed at helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves. Alexandra’s work is deeply rooted in the belief that the body is a sacred vessel of wisdom and healing, and she is dedicated to empowering others to embrace their truth in a safe and nurturing environment. Both workshops encourage self-inquiry and creative self-discovery, guided by facilitators who blend ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches.
